Grants and Projects Consulting LLC
As a seasoned nonprofit consultant and certified grant professional with more than two decades of experience, I have helped organizations secure millions of dollars in government grants to fund both program operations and capital projects. I specialize in setting up effective systems, procuring funding, managing grants, and coordinating projects to drive impactful, mission-driven success. Recent awards include New York State Statewide Healthcare Facility Transformation Program grants, Economic Development grants, and Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative grants, as well as New York State grants from OMH and OVS, and federal grants from DOJ, HUD, and HHS.
I hold Grant Professional Certification and have experience working with nonprofit organizations who serve veterans, youth, survivors of intimate partner violence, and people with mental illness and addiction. I understand collaborative responses to community challenges, such as Continuum of Care (CoC) and Single Point of Access (SPOA).
My natural tendency toward organization and my aptitude in communication allows me to help leaders clearly convey ideas, track progress toward goals, and develop effective processes. When I’m not working with community organizations, I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, and practicing photography.
Services
Grant Writing & Review: I write, edit, and review grant proposals, and I coordinate grant application submission.
Training & Coaching: I provide training on a variety of topics related to grants and project coordination, including grant seeking strategies, New York State MWBE and SDVOB requirements, and the federal OMB Uniform Guidance as it relates to grant management.
Grant Management: I work with organizations to develop effective processes to ensure compliance and the successful achievement of intended outcomes. I’ve effectively managed more than 60 federal, state, local, and foundation grants concurrently.
Project Coordination: I coordinate capital projects and manage the implementation of programs and projects.
